I think 1935 had the more pontoon like fenders. This looks to be the older style from 1934 |

As I indicated I go for a 1935 twefth series model 1201 sedan. 1934 eleventh series sedans had front hinged front doors.The rear hinged " suicide" front doors are typical of the 1935 twelfth series models.The skirted fenders were introduced earlier on the tenth series |
