It's a '68 LeSabre Custom convertible with the 400 package which consists of a "Super Turbine 400" transmission, a 4 barrel carb and a high compression 350 V8 instead of a (two barrel low compression 350) and rear fender "400" badges. The wheels and fender skirts are incorrect for this model (they are from a '68 Wildcat and neither were available on the '68 LeSabre).
