not a 1990. it has black trimmed tails= 91-94 and the reverse bar says Chevorolet = 90-92 it is a 1991 to 1992 Chevrolet Lumina Euro sedan |

Not quite, it's a 1990 for sure. The open rectangular grille was on the 1990 Euro trim exclusively, 1991+ grille became aero slatted for both trims. That's interesting  Plate 2TBE597 reportedly from BAR that it is 1990 model year then the last one reported 1991 model year. |
