Agreed that "made for Canada" / or perhaps "Made for North American Market" would be more accurate as this episode is one of four filmed in Canada. That being said, it wasn't until 1977 for the 1978 model year that cars sold in the Canadian market required a spedometer and odometer in kilometers, so this model likely did have ye olde miles per hour on the dials.
