Both Franklin and Chandler used three vertical grille bars. This one looks more like Chandler though. Maybe a 1928 Royal Eight ? |

I agree on 1928 Chandler. It looks a little short to be a Royal Eight (which was an absurdly long car, even for the era), but this angle can be deceiving when it comes to the length of the vehicle. |
