CBS does let you watch certain shows online. It seems that CBS is having a disagreement with Warner Bros. Television. As a result, shows produced by Warner Bros. for CBS, like "The Mentalist," aren't shown online. Other shows produced by CBS/Paramount, like the "CSI" franchise, are available online.
