It´s a pre 1959 bumper, but there´s no trace left on the body after the semaphores so I suppose it´s equipped with turn signals from factory. The series is canadian and I´m not sure when the turnsignals were introduced there, probably 1961 as on most markets. For the US-market it was 1959 and for Sweden 1960, maybe Canada was early to?
