It is incorrectly labeled as a "Super". Although later Supers had 4 "portholes" (actually called "ventiports" although they were on most models strictly cosmetic), in 1954 only the Roadmaster had 4 on each side. I had a car exactly like the one in the movie (yes - 2 tone green as well). Was not able to get good look at the front of the car but the hood ornament (the "Buick bombsight") should have a "V" within the ring, signifying the V-8 engine (in 1953 some models except the roadmaster had the Fireball straight 8, in 1954, all cars had a V-8 engine). The car has a 322 cid engine with (on the roadmaster) a 4 bbl carb, twin turbine Dynaflow transmission, and came standard with power steering and power brakes. Was fine on straight roads, not the best handling car - very smooth ride though. At over 5,000 lb, mileage was 12-15 mpg. Sold it to a guy in Winnipeg Canada over 10 years ago - just got a 1964 Studebaker Hawk GT (impulse buy, you know). -Mike St Petersburg, FL, USA
