It could be a Cadillac, but neither 1929 nor 1930. If it IS a Caddy then the year is 1931. But I'm not convinced, owing to the hood mascot.

Also in the film is this 1929/30 Cadillac 353 7 seater limousine by Fisher. The car still exists in a New Delhi collection.
