XLT is eliminated due to painted mirrors. Sport is eliminated due to chrome grille. It is either a Hybrid or Limited due to the painted mirrors,foglight combination and grille. It appears painted mirrors was optional on the 2008 Hybrids as this site has some listed with painted mirrors and some without for Hybrids: http://gtcarlot.com/colors/Ford/Escape/2008/Oxford+White/
