These often were Abbott-bodied estates instead of saloons, and roof rack looks far enough behind the light to suggest this is estate. Looks M1 motorway patrol car from background. These often were Abbott-bodied estates instead of saloons, and roof rack looks far enough behind the light to suggest this is estate.

Edit: UBO xxx series was Cardiff issue, so M1 may not apply due to geography. UBO 794 would be mid-1960 release.
