Looks like a works team racer and a genuine Lotus, but there are a few replicas. |

Looks like #38, which doesn't match any works 1964 references I can find. But if #58 it's BJH 418B (the 2nd team car alongside Clark's BJH 417B) driven by Peter Arundell at Crystal Palace, 18 May 1964. |
