I think this is a 1963 LeTourneau Model C-3 Billy Goat. I haven't seen any other pictures of it, but from the description in the book LeTourneau Earthmovers By Eric C. Orlemann, I think this is it. It reads, "Equipped with either a dozing rooter blade or a bush-hog, the Model C-3 Billy Goat was a three-wheeled, five-tired tractor released in June 1964." To my knowledge, there is no other LeTourneau piece of equipment that fits this picture. |
