This is a 1993 [ED] "GLi". With regards to all the falcons the police one seen early in the peice was a 1993-1994 ED Futura as you can see the door handles are painted and the hubcaps are different. There were two different types for the Taxi scenes, 1) An ED Futura : again you can notice the different caps and interiors, 2) An ED Falcon GLi : as above. Also you can see the four litre badges for the engine size which shows its a GLi and not a GL. With regards to the cop car and futura cab I would say they were dressed up for the parts as we all know genuine cop cars and cabs are always base models only, except for highway patrol, but this cop car was only a general duties job. The GLi cab most certainly could have been a genuine one though. |

Firstly, this is a 1993+ [ED] "GLi" trim. Secondly, it's 2 stars. Thirdly, it's meant to be the same vehicle as this one (/vehicle_99479-Ford-Falcon-ED-1993.html), so I don't think a separate entry is needed, considering the year/model are identical (only the trims differ).
