Ford Australia introduced the Falcon Futura in 1962: the Austin A40 came out in 1958 (1959 my), so the Scandinavian importers beat Ford to the name. (Don't think Farina would have been very pleased, though.) |

Yes but Ford had the Futura name prior to that. The original Batmobile was a 1955 Lincoln Futura |
