Nice find! The chrome thing under the taillight is a fake filler cap (the real one was under the right taillight). This was only to be found on the 600, the 750 had the filler cap between right taillight and license plate. The colour will be 'Coral', available from April 1959 till January 1961. I've never seen such overriders on the rear bumper; therefore I guess this will be a US-version (Dafs have been sold in USA: Link to "picasaweb.google.com" ) Edit: Only 40 were shipped to the USA in 1960, as one can reed here: http://blog.hemmings.com/index.php/2007/07/09/dafspotting/ (third picture)... -- Last edit: 2008-10-20 01:39:28 |
