Pre-facelift taillights (properly shown), as well pre-facelift front fascia (less partially shown), were present in the facelift but only on the lower trims. Seems to be a SE, Express or American Value Package (or AVP) due to the lack of roof rails, which was optional to those said trims. Unfortunately, this is hard to pinpoint between as this one appearently has non-standard aftermarket wheels. Moot point without additional proper views to either the grille or badges.
