All Navaras (except base models) from 2007 onwards gained new indicator mirrors, so it's impossible for this to be a 2008 anyway. This is likely a 2007-complied vehicle with a late 2006 build date, due to the older mirrors. The plate also says this is a 4x4 4.0L V6 automatic.
