Front fender concave styling feature, or cove, continues onto the front door. This is a 1959 car. I'd have to research our collective knowledge of the lifespan of the Continental Division. Edit: Continental Division dissolved after 1957, according to Wikipedia. This is then a Lincoln. -- Last edit: 2008-09-30 12:32:26 |

Since it is a 1959 car, there should be a belt moulding beginning to the rear of the aforementioned body-side cove, were this to be anything other than a Continental Mark IV. photo link: http://forum.notebookreview.com/gallery/data/500/medium/lincoln.JPG Final Edit: Yes, that's what it is! Lincoln Continental Mark IV [68A]. The only convertible in Lincoln's lineup according to lovefords.org. 1 of only 2,195 units produced for MY 1959. -- Last edit: 2008-09-30 12:41:44 |
