 I see now that it was still in registry, scrapped in 1989. It´s a 1300 L, which makes it either a private import or possibly Ford sold a few cars in the fall of 75 when they were released, selling as 1975B models without adapting them for emission control system even if the cars belonged to the 1976 modelyear.

 In the UK the Escort L had the black inserts on chrome bumpers fitted up to July 1975 - after that plain chrome bumpers.
