Plymouth P-15 and Dodge Kingsway have the same – short – front wing, with the chrome strip joining the headlight bezel at the centre, but the script above the grille on the left side is unique to De Soto. EDIT: My guess was completely wrong, the car is a 1942 Plymouth [P14]. I just stumbled on this:
