Imported between March and November 1979 because it is the basic version without chrome side trim. In March 1979 the slightly facelifted Polo (and Derby) were available in Italy in four versions; 900 standard. 900 L, 1100 LS and 1100 GLS. Since November 1979 only the Polo 900 L and the Derby 1100 LS were imported. In late 1980 the Polo 1300 GT was added. |
