Next to the Hillman Imp is an Australian Charger R/T. Not a great picture but if you look carefully you will see the fuel filler on top of the rear guard, this indicates the car is fitted with the A84 "Track Pack" option - long range fuel tank, alloy wheels, 16:1 steering box - designed for competition use. This makes this car one of only 13 R/T Chargers (out of 1300 built) painted in this colour, Mercury Silver, and fitted with the Big Tank option, and only 5 of those were sold new in New South Wales. |
