It is more than simply "Chevrolet"
It has a model designation such as Impala, Bel Air, or Biscayne (which one it is I really don't know)

Partial chrome at the windows/roof frame could indicates Bel Air trim level, not sure

This is actually an Impala.

The long trim at the top of the fenders behind the spears indicates Impala. Bel Air's would not have this trim.

Also, I can barely see it, but the horn button on the steering wheel looks to be the larger chrome Impala style.

'59 Impala 2 doors only came in hard top style, but 4 doors came in both hardtop and sedan.

Another bit of trivia, the cross-flag emblem on the hood designates a 348 engine. This engine option was more common in the Impala's, but was available throughout the '59 Chevy full size passenger car line.
