This should be classified as an Ambulance: We see the interior, and it has red flashlights, so it´s probably a real Morocco ambulance.

Has the 1980+ side mirrors, and if GMC followed the Chevy badge placement positions, then the high rear badge was used through 1980, making this a 1980 only.

That front side marker and rear markers make this specific for IL.

No Superior conversion here! I have no hint at Superior making professional cars for Israel, and I don't think they did. Some of that heavy badging on the fender might reveal the maker of this conversion, but I don't recognize any of it.
