I'd say a South-African 1972+ Chevrolet 4100 (cf. Citsa's comments here: /vehicle.php?id=102721 ). |

Or 3800?... |

DynaMike - I am not quite sure myself whether this is a 3800 or 4100 - the grille suggests a 3800, while the protruding wheel caps and the vinyl roof suggests it might be a 4100 "LS". But then, there were 3800s with vinyl roofs. Overall, I would keep it a 4100 -- Last edit: 2008-07-06 23:40:09 |

Fake plate. Old style, but the font is the actual one, called "FE-Schrift", the same, we use in Germany, too. No wonder, because produced by the identical company. |

Fake plate? It looks like a regular Swaziland license plate. |

The 6 is obviously different on real Swaziland plates: http://www.worldlicenseplates.com/world/AF_SWAZ.html As ingo pointed out, the characters are in FE-Schrift, which no-one used in the 1980s: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FE-Schrift |
