Possibly Lancia Theta. There are a few of them in UK. That looks like a magnificent set of headlights. Can we get a better view of it? Maybe round the front. |

This suggestion from nzcarnerd is correct. The shape of the bonnet and what we see as radiator grill is matching quite well with Lancia Theta 1913. |
