I found.
Rolls Royce Phantom II Croydon convertible coupe (1931-32)
http://www.collectionatcarriagehouse.com/Amelia04_Ramp04/target38.html

It has UK-built left-hand-drive chassie and US Brewster body.
From 1921-1933(or 34), Rolls-Royce was built in Springfield, Massachusetts.
In 1929, they faced three difficulties, The Great Depression, fall of sales, and model had changed to Phantom II.
So they stopped production of old Phantom and imported 127 PhantomII left-hand-drive chassies from UK and bodied in US.
This 'Croydon' convertible body was produced only 13.

My father owned this car in the 70's and 80's. It was originally purchased by Chaplin for his wife, Paulette Goddard. We met her in the later years of her life and she remembered the car fondly (who would not?!) When my father was away I would run the car around the neighborhood to warm it up and keep things going mechanically. A cool ride for a 20 year old kid! It was sold in the 90's and moved to Germany (I believe) for restoration. It is indeed in Finland now and looking very dapper in the photos I've seen.
