The steering wheel ia a 1968+ US-spec one ( the horn ring is not chrome but matt grey ), so it can be a 300 SEL or even a 300 SEL 6.3 ( actually, and although I'm not sure, it seems to have a rev. counter in the place of the clock ). Depending on the episode's date, later models are the 300 SEL 3.5 and 4.5.
