There's a hilariously dated bit of dialogue in this scene: "Look here, you could see I was trying to get in there!" "Oooh, tough titty!" I think this car is a C-reg (suffix) which would make it a 1965 model. -- Last edit: 2011-05-08 09:44:48 |

Rover 3 Litre Coupé [P5]. Not sure wether it's a Mk.II or Mk.III. |

Coupe? It has 4 doors. |

Yes, like /vehicle_82731-Rover-3-Litre-Coupe-P5-1964.html . Rover planned to make a two-door pillarless coupé (hardtop), but the structure wasn't rigid enough, so they used the coupé-shape with four doors and a B-pillar. |

If it would be possible to see clearly the front wing, it could be identified since the MkIII side chrome trim goes till the front indicator. I guess this side trim looks thicker than the MkII one, but it's not easy to be sure. |

This is the only view of the car, from what I can see the trim goes all the way across the side of the car, but I don't really know what to look for. |

In the link above you can see the side trim is reaching to the front wheel arch, whereas the sidetrim of the Mk.III goes all the way to the front, like /vehicle_101617-Rover-3-Litre-Coupe-P5-1966.html |
