Not sure why it has the Jam Livery as it's outdated at this point

unlikely as it is, maybe it's /vehicle_1445647-Kia-Stinger-CK-2018.html form Bulletproof as it's only this one scene and changed it back?

 Interesting to note: that Stingers would be used, but not by the Met Police, I believe it's for Liverpool Police's Matrix teams, not sure if they been used anywhere else
