If you don’t know who built the body, how can you say it was built anywhere? It looks very like a Hooper Teviot body to design no. 8122. /vehicle_1426578-Rolls-Royce-Silver-Wraith-1948.html Also: the aspect ratio of the subject picture is out of kilter.
