 I didn't understand the dark part in the upper right corner, but now I see it's no part of the rear window frame. Yes ineed, this is a 2CV. Since one can see the metal bar under the window and this black plastic upholstery it will be most probably a Spécial.

It looks like the date indication or a part number Citroën uses
