New Yorker does not have the fogs is this a GCC ( or other Middle-East market ) special spec ? if so, New Yorker with LHS' fogs or LHS with New Yorker's chrome hood strip ? -- Last edit: 2023-06-05 06:27:53 |

Kinda hard for me to tell when 1) I don't know much about these forward-cab mopars and 2) grey imports have skyrocketed in post-war 90s Kuwait, at least for few years. Here's a GCC Spec Chrysler listed on Emirates Auction (listed as a New Yorker and has that badge on the rear but it has a floor shifter and FCA Community's vin build sheet says it's an LHS.) Unfortunately, this regional magazine lists it as "New Yorker LHS", not that helpful. While at it, here's one that appeared in a Saudi show: /vehicle_1735440-Chrysler-New-Yorker-1994.html Here's a spotting of both models neglected in Saudi Arabia (2010), doesn't say much by itself: Link to "www.flickr.com" -- Last edit: 2023-06-05 12:03:06 |

@Baube - How can you tell if it has fog lamps? I cannot discern a difference. -- Last edit: 2023-06-06 01:17:49 |

those projector-style lights each side of the grille i'll give you that the right side is too blurry but left side seems to have it |

Seems is not a positive answer As there were minor differences between the LHS and the New Yorker, the headlamps could be from an LHS while the vehicle, based on trim is a New Yorker, which you stated above. |

or they grabbed a New Yorker hood somewhere and installed it on a LHS .. looks like we can play tennis for a while with that one.. ![]() or give it both names as Bahraini Carguy's magazine suggests.. -- Last edit: 2023-06-06 01:55:06 |

The only way to be 100% positive would be to see the interior. If I recall correctly New Yorkers had a bench seat in front whereas an LHS had buckets |

given the chrome strip, seems being not a definitive thing for the fogs and the presence of other New Yorker in other Middle-East TV shows, i'm ok with it being a New Yorker . If we find something later we can always change it. But i'll leave the made for tag blank as i'm not sure of what should be used.. |
