Wow, what a find! And what a pitty there's no closer view on this DS... On a total of 1325 DS Cabriolets (Usine, AFAIK no Chaprons were sold over there) only about 100 were exported to the US. Visible difference with the European models were the missing 'boomerang' rear indicators just behind the roof. In the USA the outer rear lights were used as turn indicator and brake light. I couldn't find yet when the cabriolets were sold, but this one seems to have the second front (1963-1967). |
