With left-hand drive. There have been quite a number of WW2 vehicles with steering wheels on the "wrong sides" for the US Army, RAF and other branches of both US & UK military forces.

I guess whereas it was more practical to source LHD from the US during WWII, with UK forces commonly operating outside of the UK during and after the cold war period, trucks and Land Rovers were specified in LHD as well as RHD.
