With left-hand drive. There have been quite a number of WW2 vehicles with steering wheels on the "wrong sides" for the US Army, RAF and other branches of both US & UK military forces. |

UK military vehicles were commonly built also (but not exclusively) in left-hand drive even more recently than when the US supplied them in WWII. I guess whereas it was more practical to source LHD from the US during WWII, with UK forces commonly operating outside of the UK during and after the cold war period, trucks and Land Rovers were specified in LHD as well as RHD. |
