Either those tail lights are aftermarket, or it's an Acura 1.6EL that has strayed down into America... |

I just saw one earlier this year. They can stray down here. They are not illegal. You can register without issue; at least here in PA you can. My profile on here has one I spotted in PA and was able to check the plate.
