Looks like the long-bed version of IZh 27151-011-01 which would be 27151-013-01. It seems that they were quite popular in Jamaica at that time? There is another one on the right in this picture. Interesting to see that Soviet vehicles were exported to capitalist nations, such as Ladas in Canada, Volgas in the UK, this in Jamaica, etc considering the USSR didn't exactly have the highest opinion of capitalism. Jamaica's proximity to Communist Cuba may have something to do with this truck being there. |

Could also be a gray import. Meaning it was smuggled over without USSR approval of export. |
