It's in Japanese, and only works for JDM Honda cars post 2009 (so I can't check my own Civic ): https://grade.customer.honda.co.jp/apps/grade/hccg0010101/agree As for the VIN, it's a reissued VIN by the NZTA for any car without a VIN (usually Japanese) being imported to NZ. It's in Japanese, and only works for JDM Honda cars post 2009 (so I can't check my own Civic
