BMC stopped calling this vehicle the Austin Seven in January 1962. It was thereafter called the Austin Mini. The car in the photograph has a strange and rather useless looking after market Roo Bar (well, gerbil bar) fitted. |

I thought of that, having owned a '62 Austin Mini, but I checked with Francoplaque and this one was first registered late in 1961. |
