Sticker set is different... I think this is a Zakspeed Escort, or a flat-front RS2000 with a Zakspeed replica kit. ![]() And from live4cars' forum: "I seem to remember a Zakspeed arched (the big box arches), flat front RS2000 with Harrier stripes being in the opening sequence of Minder." -- Last edit: 2008-06-04 11:00:35 |

terry was suppost to use this car in the serie but they though it was too pose for him so they use a capri |

rubber ducky is quite correct, the Escort was thought of as being too flash for a guy like Terry so it was written in that he bought that white Capri instead. The Escort was still included as it was an expensive prop that needed some publicity I always thought the Escort was fitted with X-Pack arches though. |

Cycolac Fan is correct. It's a flat front X-Pac kit. Possibly one of the first. More subtle than the wild Zakspeed kit. |

Not totally convinced by Harrier - side strips are similar but flourish on rear wing wrong way round. My hunch is RS 1800 but that usually had the blue stripes lower down - maybe the moved them higher up on the X-pack to avoid the rear vent. Or maybe it's just a boy-racered boggo Popular - we'll probably never know ... |
