I think it's Riley Elf with heavier grille top - despite the blur - and for colour scheme with white roof - all Elfs as far as I know had this, but very rare on Hornets which usually/always had darker roof than body. |

The grille still looks more like Wolseley to me (inclining upwards, with white badge seperate from header panel) - on a Riley the grille should point downwards and the dark blue badge attached to the header panel wouldn't be visible. |

OK if I'm out voted, so be it. I have dug around in books and found occasional pics of white roof Hornets, but very uncommon. |
