Surry registered, but probably not registered by Mann & Overton the London distributors, and four doors without taxi sign, a provincial Taxi or FL1 hire car. FL1 hire cars generally have shiny grilles with extra chromed bits either side of the central section. FX3 Provincial Taxi.
