This is a Dodge M601, the open cab military version of the WM300. Note the curved cowling compared to the squared off look of the M37. Additionally note the "D" shaped headlight gaurds mounted only to the grille where the M37 is mounted to the grille side and fender on bottom. This engine cover is hinged in the middle, "butterfly style" where the M37 has a traditional rear hinged hood. The winch and winch mountings are also different. |
