It is later than 1930. English registration numbers with three letters did not start until 1932, and I would suggest that this is more like 1936/7. |

Q-series 1939 onwards. edit: Q25 Superpoise and Q2 Superpoise from August 1941 (essential civilian use: otherise 1945). Midland region British Railways probably 2 tonner 120" wheelbase. Horizontal split windscreen is pre-1945 apparently although not exclusively - Commer probably only made the chassis cowl to be bodied elsewhere, certainly in wartime.
