All 3 had similar 2-tone side split ending in an arrowhead (as UK Wolseleys used), although Morris and Wolseley were shorter, finishing higher up the front arch, with Austin nearly but not quite reaching the headlight (useful comparison pics on Wiki). Not clear on this one where the arrowhead finishes. However, the Austin and Morris had different details above the rear plate from what's visible here as apparently a full-width shroud, so I think this is probably the Wolseley.
