^ I think there are other differences, though not much use here. 1300 had clap hand wipers, fuel filler on passenger side, and vertically divided rear lights. 1600 had parallel wipers, fuel filler on driver side, and horizontal tail lights. (all observed from comparing Spark 1-43 models, rather than confirmed source references). |

I checked the clap wipers thing in the past and I couldn't find any evidence but I agree about the lights and filler. I don't know these so well and I've never even seen one up close but I remember reading that the rear section of the 1600 is supposed to be longer as well -or maybe just the hatch opening  |
