Yes, of course very first 105 were prepared and made in FSO. Before the production was moved, 3751 cars has been made there. Definitely the 105 with FSM badge were and are the most common, however things are more complicated. Personally I didin't notice before, that WSM badge was used on serially produced cars. It means, that in one year - 1972, it was produced under 3 brands one by one, and between FSO Syrena 105 and FSM Syrena 105 was for a short time also a WSM Syrena 105 - It seems about 9000 105 badged this way was produced. There was also WSM Syrena 104 made in 1971-72. To this time, when badge was not visible, I listed all 105 as FSO, if they were in movies made around 1972-74 and FSM in newer films, but as now even 3 brands are theoretically possible, let's make from today FSO a default brand for all 105. Even if so small number of cars was made under this make it was the first one. It will not be very against production proportions, as in most of cases badge is well visible, same with details, which can say that car is from later production period. BTW. The car on main pic has not original, small indicators. -- Last edit: 2011-04-18 17:17:44 |
