It could but it would have still been converted as an ambulance in Australia as sedan deliveries were not offered with such a high roof and no US coachbuilt company offered that option as far as I know. Nevertheless, if the sedan delivery model was chosen for worldwide conversions, it could just be it. |

^ Definitely AUS coachwork matching AUS regulations (which a sedan delivery doesn't meet), that's all I can see. The picture in Lateef's link was taken by our member @valiant1962, who happens to drive by every now and then - maybe he knows further details, due to his advantage of knowing the Australian market of ambulance builders from real life experience. |
