zodiac ◊ 2022-12-03 11:21	Having no shiny strips around the side windows, I believe it's a W115, and not a W114. Early W115 200, 200D, 220 and 220D had a grille with small holes, while the 230 had the same grille as the W114. However on MY 1971+ all models got the same grille. What does Ep. 01.10 mean? If it means the 10th episode in the first series, the film must have been shot in 1970. Would a 1968-70 Mercedes-Benz 230 make sence, or did the police have different models? Perhaps they had six-cylinder versions in a W115 body?

andrepa ◊ 2022-12-05 22:46	Bravo zodiac + 130 rapid! Yes, it is filmed in 1970 and a sixcyl engine by sound, but not the W114 bumpers. Neither the Police had any 250 than, but what they had by large numbers beside the 200 ; 200 D and 220 was the 230 W114, especially the Autobahnpolizei. Notice the extra foglights and stand attachment which makes it an escort vehicle for official occasions. When facelift came in 1973 there has been a 230.4 and 230.6 for the Police.
